Installation

Source code and data files

The source of the Gellish Communicator software can be downloaded from GitHub. The program is written in Python 3.6 and thus its execution requires the installation of Python 3.6 or later. The Bootstrapping.py file specifies a path to a directory where from which data will be read and another directory where output files will be stored. Both paths may be changed as required. The data files should be stored in the directories that are specified in Bootstrapping.py
